What Will You Work On? Duties

- Compiling and managing patient/resident charts, entering individual data, and transcribing details into pertinent systems like MARS, Kardex, Careplan, medical charts, or electronic health record systems.
- Administrative tasks including typing, data entry, filing, compiling, preparing and managing statistics, generating reports, transporting items, ensuring unit supply levels, and recording meeting minutes;
- Keeping records of work hours for both regular and substitute staff and then submitting/entering the data into payroll systems;
- Monitoring patient/resident call signals and conveying messages to the relevant staff members.
