Don’t rely on your private car for movements
To achieve your weight loss target and sustain it or keeping fit for active life;
try not to rely on your private car for all your movements, for instance, walk or bike to some nearby places instead of driving with your car, wake up early, get ready on time and go to work by train or taxi, exit the taxi or train one stop early and walk the rest of your way to the office or home.
Park your car at the far end of the parking lot when you go shopping so you can walk the rest to and fro, in so doing you’re getting a whole lot of jobs done on the process as well as releasing and building your muscles, boosting your memory and mood also sustaining fitness and weight loss.
